Refunds will be given in the case of a sport accident if the ski pass is returned immediately to the cash desk and a doctors certificate is produced within a day.
The non-refundable days are the day of purchase up to and including the day of return. If the pass is returned before 9.00 am the day will not be charged for.
It is not possible to exchange a ski pass, to transfer it to another person or to change the date of validity.
